Magnesium hydroxide is a source of magnesium, combined as an ionic salt with hydrogen and Oxygen. Magnesium hydroxide is often called milk of magnesia because of its milk like appearance in solution. Dietary magnesium is required by every cell in the body and is a necessary component in hundreds of metabolic processes.

Magnesium supports muscle, immune and nerve function, and energy transport. Magnesium is a co-factor in many biochemical reactions.

Serving Recommendation [1.25 gr] (1 to 2 time per day)

Typically added to shakes, juices, smoothies or a beverage of your choice. Can be taken orally or added to powder mixes. Magnesium Hydroxide is insoluble in water. Please put this in capsules or add to fruit juice or smoothies to aid in taking.
